Temily Begg
For Temily, art has always been a form of expression, purpose and peace. She grew up surrounded by her parent’s love for art and architecture and was introduced to painting and pottery from an early age.
Having lived in small country and coastal towns across NSW and Victoria, she found an interest in less celebrated urban architectural scenes. Through her art practice, Temily captures the colours, textures and details that give these places their own history and rugged identity.
She moved to Sydney from the mid north coast and was naturally drawn towards Pittwater and its small town feel. Living on the water surrounded by bushland, she feels lucky to be part of a small community of people that call Kur-ring-gai National Park home.
